Alliance Defending Freedom speaker

Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) is “an alliance-building legal organization that advocates for the right of people to freely live out their faith.” They exist to “keep the doors open for the Gospel by advocating for religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family.”

LCMS is one of ADF’s alliance partners and to quote Fred Hinz of the MN South’s Public Policy Committee, ”…the Church can no longer assume that religion will be seen by a majority of Americans as a public good that needs to be protected….More than any time in memory, this is a time to be alert to the many cultural and political changes taking place around us and for us, together with other Christians, to take prudent steps to safeguard our communities…”
